According to recent claims from a informant, the convicted associate of Jeffrey Epstein, now completing a 20-year prison term for sex-trafficking crimes, is allegedly readying a clemency request for review by the Trump administration.

Preferential Handling Alleged at Correctional Facility

Congressional Democrats on the judicial oversight panel announced that a source provided information indicating Maxwell is preparing the clemency petition. They also stated she has been receiving special treatment at the federal prison camp in the Lone Star State.

Congressman Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the committee, stated in a official statement that the prison’s warden was “helping” the convict with copying, printing, and sending documents to aid her effort for executive mercy.

The exact content of the clemency request remain unclear, the congressman noted.

Claimed Perks and Custom Arrangements

The representative claims that, per the insider, the prisoner has been receiving “customized” meals that are hand-delivered to her living area, and the supervisor has “personally arranged” private meetings for Maxwell and her visitors.

These meetings reportedly involve a designated private space for attendees and a variety of food and drinks for her guests.

Maxwell’s visitors were also reportedly permitted to bring computers, which Raskin described as an “unprecedented action” given the potential danger and chance of unsupervised contact.

In one alleged instance, when phone lines went down for other prisoners, she was given specific instructions about who she should tell her contacts to call and how personnel would relay the call to her.

Raskin requested that the official attend a open legislative session to address the disclosures and also posed three questions to the President.
